Suspension Change / Point deductions
Bill Sedgewick (Rochester) will be available for this weekend's matches due to an appeal of his six-game suspsension. Also, the PDL San Diego Gauchos were ruled to have used an illegal player in Sunday's 2-2 draw against Bakersfield. The match was ruled a 1-0 forfeit to the Brigade and San Diego recieved a three point deduction in the standings.

so.... why doesn't this stand in the english premier leauge? What makes west ham so special? What makes them different from all other teams that break the rules? Shouldn't west ham be deducted points for fielding 2 illegal points ....? exacally!
